LADERA SAN ANTONIO

Ladera is a 1,100-acre master-planned community abundant in mature trees, dramatic views and a large variety of native plants. “Laderaâ€,  the Spanish word for “hillside†or “slope†is the perfect name for the dynamic topography of this community.  The community includes prominent wooded hills bordering two natural creek areas—Lucas Creek and the Big Sous Creek. As West San Antonio’s first true master planned community, the eight Ladera gated neighborhoods will be knit together by a trail network where you can explore the natural landscape and uncover the extensive history of the area.
