I put my house on the market a few weeks ago, and my agent received a full-price offer. My situation has changed since I first listed my home and I’m not sure that I want to sell. Do I have to accept a full-price offer?
No, a seller is not bound to accept any offer, even at full price. However, you could be in breach of your listing agreement by refusing to accept a full-price offer. You may want to talk with your agent about the terms of your listing agreement and find out whether you might owe a fee to the broker for refusing to accept a full-price offer.
